Public review visibility
Public business pages show approved reviews. A submitted review may not appear immediately while moderation is pending.
Step by step
- Open Reviews from the dashboard sidebar.
- Find the review or business you want to inspect.
- Read the feedback and use the actions available to your account.
- If feedback needs attention, contact support with the business page and review details.
Handle feedback constructively
Use feedback to identify improvements. Do not share customer contact details publicly or assume that every dashboard account has moderation permissions.
