Cover booking, parking, payment options, service availability, turnaround times or what customers should bring. Write answers in plain language.
Step by step
- Open FAQ's in the dashboard sidebar and choose the create or edit action.
- Select the business listing the questions belong to.
- Add each question and its answer using the question rows.
- Save the FAQs and check the question-and-answer section on the business page.
Keep answers current
Update answers when your services or policies change. Avoid publishing private customer details or using FAQs solely to repeat promotional keywords.
